Our practice is fast paced, collaborative, and patient focused; with the goal of improving the lives of the population we connect with. This includes our patients, staff, and the communities which we serve.

We are looking for motivated and energetic physical therapists, with multiple years of experience or recent graduates, to join our dynamic team as full-time clinicians.

Our clinics provide a positive, fast paced, and fulfilling environment; where you can develop your skills and grow as a practicing clinician. Our therapists enjoy use of private treatment rooms and state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Care is hands-on and our therapists work directly with their patients. At Excel, you will treat a wide variety of diagnoses with an emphasis on sports injuries and a high volume of post-operative cases.

What We are Looking For:

Must be licensed, or in the process of obtaining your licensed through the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.

Must be available for a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, with some morning and 2 evening shifts.

Someone who is motivated to grow as a clinician and develop their skills while collaborating with other skilled therapists

A TEAM PLAYER and some one interested in working toward our goal of providing the best care around!

At Excel we understand joining a new clinic is an important transition for any physical therapist, whether you are a new graduate or have multiple years of experience. We offer shadowing for prospective employees, during the interview process, and a structured orientation program to allow for a smooth transition into full patient care.

New graduates will receive 1 on 1 mentoring with a senior therapist for the first 90 days.
