Job description

The Aviation Maintenance Admin will provide support to the Maintenance Department.


Essential Functions


  1. Maintain organized purchase records
  2. Receive and stock ordered parts
  3. Prepare shipments
  4. Update inventory management software
  5. Conduct periodic audits of inventory
  6. Accurately enter maintenance records in aviation maintenance management software
  7. Assist maintenance team with clerical tasks
  8. Book travel for employees and others upon request
  9. Answer phones
  10. Assist with paperwork processing
  11. Provide customer service requests as needed
  12. Assist in any general office duties as needed

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The office is located at an airport and can be noisy.


Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, an employee in this position must be able to occasionally lift inventory items weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, or crouch.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. with after-hours availability for summertime travel bookings needs.
