Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.

  • Eligible to sit for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and their families.

  • Committed to continuous learning and adherence to the agency’s policies and procedures.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience, or completion of a 6-8 week preceptor program.

  • Prior experience in home healthcare is preferred.

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the Mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, with strict adherence to the Compliance Program.
