As an Account Manager (Landscape Maintenance), you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their properties are maintained to the highest standards. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building relationships, driving revenue through strategic enhancements, and delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, fostering trust and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Identify and secure upsell opportunities in enhancements, irrigation, and pest control to maximize property value.
  • Conduct regular site walks and property inspections to ensure all properties meet premium curb appeal standards.
  • Manage budgets, job costs, and gross margin targets; review budget-to-actual reports to ensure account health.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to manage punch lists, labor allocation, and project timelines.
  • Lead the contract renewal process, including value-based pricing reviews and annual service calendar development.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or operations (landscape or service industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Operations software; experience with Aspire is a strong plus.
  • Strong financial acumen, including job costing, margin management, and proposal preparation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor when handling challenging situations.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel locally for site visits and client meetings (approximately 75% of the time).
