Job Description:

Naylor Landscape Management is a family first organization and known for its reliable and excellent customer service, happy team members, employee development, and community service.

The Landscape Maintenance Sales Associate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to managing your Microsoft calendar, meeting with clients for scheduled estimates, discussing the clients project on-site, discussing and selling the services we offer, pricing and processing the proposal through an ERP system, follow up after the proposal is sent via phone, email and in person, managing the job sold through completion, processing paperwork and achieving company and personal goals that are set.

Experience: 

  • Experience in landscape maintenance sales, project management, small construction and estimating.
  • Experience in measuring and quoting lawns & surrounding service areas for mowing, cleanups, irrigation, garden bed maintenance, snow removal and weeding and fertilization.
  • Worked on a landscape crew and operated all landscape maintenance and small project equipment.
  • Knowledge of design styles and current design trends.
  • Blueprint reading
  • Plant identification 
  • Proper planting techniques
  • Construction materials
  • Proper construction techniques
  • Plant and turf diagnosis, etc.
  • Computer skills including computer software estimating.
  • Experience in MS Office software programs including but not limited to MS outlook email, calendar, word and excel.
  • Experience in presenting proposals in front of potential clients.
  • Experience in meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with working to company metrics.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Ability to promote ideas and accept responsibility.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in landscape maintenance sales.

License:

  • Valid Driver’s License
