POSITION SUMMARY:

The Data Processing Clerk is responsible for processing high volume of data from multiple sources. It is critical that all data is processed accurately and efficiently. In addition, the data processor must verify and edit data as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Reviews and processes completed pick sheets for inventory control.

  • Identifies and corrects data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.

  • Prepares relevant reports as needed.

  • Prints pick tickets for kit process.

  • Processes scrap and miscellaneous transactions.

  • Performs allocation maintenance for BOM changes, deviations, etc.

  • Provides general data entry support for shortage list and status 8 boats report.

  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to enter data on computer quickly and accurately

  • Comfortable with office equipment including computer, phone, scanner, and copier

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Analytical thinking
