Front Desk Receptionist
Full-Time | In-Person | $17-$19 per hour
Fann Contracting, Inc., a trusted Prescott family-owned business for over 60 years, is seeking an energetic and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that supports the ability to operate a company vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • One year of Administrative Assistant/Front Desk experience.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
  • Weekends as needed
  • Some schedule flexibility appreciated

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet clients, guests, and employees
  • Manage documents including scanning, logging, distributing, and filing
  • Assist team members with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Use Mac computers and excel efficiently
  • Multi-task, organize, and prioritize daily responsibilities
