Job Opportunity: Service Technician Mechanic

Our client, one of the largest Vactor and Elgin dealers in the United States, is actively seeking a Service Technician Mechanic. This company specializes in the sale, service and rental of sewer cleaners, vacuum excavators, street sweepers and related accessories. They are also the largest supplier in the Western U.S. of replacement brushes and brooms for sweeping equipment. Job Description:

As a Service Technician Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of sewer cleaners, vacuum excavators, street sweepers and related accessories. The company will provide:

Responsibilities:
  • Experience in hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic systems on different types of machinery.
  • A complete toolset, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Willing to learn both Electrical and Hydraulic schematics.
  • Experience with street sweepers and combination sewer cleaning trucks a plus.
  • Willing to obtain a Class B CDL.
Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have previous experience in hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic systems on different types of machinery. The ideal candidate will have a complete toolset, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screening. Experience with street sweepers and combination sewer cleaning trucks is a plus.
