THE POSITION: Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently looking for top talent to fill our role of Scheduling Coordinator. Attention to detail and multitasking skills are key because this person works as part of the Closing team and is responsible for all communications with all parties on the scheduling of real estate transactions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Answering and making multiple calls using a multi-line phone system in timely manner.
  • Communicating clearly via phone and email to all parties on the details of their transaction.
  • Must be able to multitask within the operating system while on the phone, collecting the necessary information to proceed with the scheduling of the transaction.
  • Employee will be responsible for securely sending documentation regarding the transaction to all parties.
  • Will need to work closely with outside vendors and internal employees to effectively schedule appointment times and locations.
  • Employee should be a problem solver and be able to quickly resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Participates in other duties as assigned.
