Job description

This position is designated as SES, General. USDA structures its SES positions into position levels. This is a position level 2 with a salary range of $204,122 - $216,010 per year. Exceptions to the salary cap may be considered in certain circumstances. SES employees are also eligible to receive bonuses and performance-based awards. To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) and Technical Qualifications (TQ) related to this position within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES using 0.8-inch margins and 11-point font. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION (TQ):
In addition to the ECQs, applicants must clearly demonstrate in their resume that they meet the following technical qualification(s).

Describe your demonstrated experience in leading complex Federal real estate leasing programs through the interpretation and application of Federal real estate laws, regulations, policies, and leasing procedures. Your response should highlight your ability to provide strategic leadership, oversee large and diverse real estate portfolios, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop innovative leasing solutions that support organizational priorities and mission objectives.
  2. Describe your demonstrated experience providing executive oversight of lease administration, compliance reviews, audits, and the resolution of complex leasing issues. In your response, address your ability to conduct strategic analysis, assess and mitigate organizational risks, strengthen portfolio management and accountability, improve operational effectiveness, and provide executive-level recommendations that inform senior leadership decision-making.
