Location: Chandler, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday 40 hours/week

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 annually (base salary) + performance-based bonus potential

Our established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Chandler is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team.   • Collaborate with referring providers and participate in case reviews
  • Maintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure requirements and CEUs

Qualifications
  • Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Experience managing an outpatient orthopedic caseload
