Job description

Annual Salary Range
$37,000-$41,000
Schedule: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Shifts available: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, flexible schedule
Location: Fresno, CA 93720
  • Review and manage applicants received through Indeed
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the position
  • Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the hiring manager
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting notes
  • Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview scheduling and next steps
  • Assist with additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable conducting phone interviews and interacting with candidates
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
