Forvia Hellais seeking its next great Account Manager - Automotive Lighting EV to join our team. The primaryfunction of this role will be to partnerwith external OEM customers to obtain lighting program awards. This individualwill be joining a well established and growing global team that is helping tomove the automotive market forward.

DailyResponsibilities
  • Drive Exterior and Interior Lighting sales for NEVS customers.
  • Partner with Program Management to define the customer strategy for product groups.
  • Maintain a strong customer network to identify customers' needs, align with company strategy and coordinate the activities.
  • Lead acquisitions and ensure the profitable growth of the account. During series development you are responsible for the commercial and contractual part of the Engineering Change Management.
  • Plan and execute prices and reimbursements of your projects. In case of deviations, you actively trigger the needed actions to ensure the budget.
  • Actively steer the activities across all functions to achieve a solution considering all interests

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar position within the automotive lighting industry
  • Understanding of the full automotive lighting product scope, including exterior and interior systems (e.g., headlamps, rear lamps, ambient lighting, electronic modules) is a plus.
  • Experience working with NEVS customers and established customer network (primarily Tesla)
  • Open-minded personality, easy to approach, and able to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strong interest in selling highly innovative and technically complex products
