• Conduct detailed physical therapy evaluations, assessing the functional capabilities of patients and formulating individualized treatment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive and patient-specific treatment plans that align with their unique rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress through clinical evaluations, adjusting treatment as necessary to enhance outcomes and address emerging challenges.
• Document findings and treatment plans thoroughly using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Educate patients and their families regarding recovery processes, therapeutic exercises, and self-management techniques to facilitate ongoing healing.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to create coordinated care plans for patients requiring multiple services.
• Contribute to the clinic’s operational success by meeting productivity benchmarks and engaging in marketing initiatives that promote our services.
• Embark on continuing education and training initiatives to stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

The patient demographic at Evolution Physical Therapy Clinic is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages and backgrounds. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

• Experience in performing both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions is advantageous, adjusting to clinical appropriateness.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse populations, coupled with an adaptable and proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively operate in a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior engagement with teletherapy tools and methodologies will be beneficial.
