• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, focusing specifically on orthopedic conditions in patients of all ages.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, patient history, and individual recovery goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes and address emerging needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, including SOAP notes and progress reports, using our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to support their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients utilizing various therapies, ensuring comprehensive treatment and seamless service delivery.
• Actively participate in case reviews and department meetings, contributing insights that enhance clinical practices and patient experience.

The patient population at Evolution Physical Therapy Clinic includes a wide range of individuals experiencing orthopedic issues, such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain conditions. Our therapists are trained to work with diverse demographics, including pediatrics through geriatrics, allowing us to create a broad impact on community health and rehabilitation outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia.
• Proven ability to perform patient evaluations and create effective treatment plans.
• Willingness to adapt to various patient needs, including offering telehealth services when appropriate.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility and resilience in our fast-paced work environment are essential.

• Experience in a clinical setting focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Background in utilizing advanced physical therapy techniques, including sports therapy and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with the latest therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
