Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients, focusing primarily on orthopedic conditions.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and patient goals.
• Monitor patients' progress regularly, reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to inform treatment modifications as necessary.
• Document patient encounters meticulously, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system within designated timeframes.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, effectively addressing their concerns and providing guidance on overcoming challenges.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and meet organizational performance objectives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, leveraging a comprehensive communication network to optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Evolution Physical Therapy Clinic, you will work with a diverse array of patients ranging from young athletes recovering from injuries to older adults managing chronic musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required. Candidates with a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
