Position Overview

Work Environment

The Evolution Physical Therapy Clinic operates onsite in Tampa, Florida, within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Our environment fosters collaboration among healthcare professionals, allowing for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Scheduled shifts run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, promoting a balanced work-life schedule while allowing our therapists ample time to engage with their patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for a range of orthopedic conditions affecting clients of all ages.
• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, patient feedback, and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress through regular reassessment of clinical signs and treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans accordingly to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment modalities, recovery processes, and strategies for overcoming challenges during rehabilitation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients seeking multiple therapy services.
• Uphold and promote the core values of Evolution Physical Therapy Clinic, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering a positive clinic culture.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals and other performance metrics established by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.

• Willingness to conduct evaluations and provide treatments through both in-person and telehealth modalities, depending on clinical appropriateness.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
