This role is for a Finance and Business Operations lead for Advanced Navy Reentry programs. The mission of the Navy Reentry Programs Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team is to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional products and innovative business solutions while inspiring team member engagement and growth. In support of this objective, Navy Reentry F&BO is seeking a finance lead interested in joining a high impact, cross-functional team, with a continual focus on innovation and process improvement.
Responsibilities include providing guidance to up to 2 finance analysts, as well as partnering with program leadership and CAMs. This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with the FBM Contract Integration team to ensure EVMS compliance of the contract and will assist with DCMA joint surveillance and integrate with the customer on Integrated Baseline Reviews.
Looking for an energetic individual with demonstrated leadership capabilities and established financial analysis skills. Must have a passion for innovation, and an ability to support and influence others to complete assignments on schedule.
