Job description

Job Description:

The qualified candidate will be required to work in a team environment and under a general level of guidance and direction. Will be required to assist or provide direct support to the Program Management Office (PMO) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) on the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) processes. Will analyze data, generate financial reports, anticipate/resolve problems, report on the financial status of a program, and make recommendations to the program management office, customer, and internal senior leadership. The candidate will be the interface between program finance and the program office for financial analysis issues, concerns, and project financial status, and will provide day to day support of assigned programs, contracts, and subcontract financial matters. Selected candidate will be responsible for the preparation and submittal of both internal and customer reports including EVMS metrics, variance drivers, monthly program forecasts, reviews, Estimate at Complete (EAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and internal Sales, Operating Margin (OM), Cash, and backlog forecasts.


Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • BS in Computer Science, BA/BS in Systems Engineering, BA in Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Current/active U.S Government issued DoD Secret Clearance.
  • 8 years or more experience working with Deltek Cobra.
  • 8 years or more experience working with Earned Value Management Systems.
  • Understanding of EVMS.
  • Experience with SAP and Costpoint is beneficial.
