Shifts are event-driven and typically occur outside traditional business hours, when customers are most available and events are happening.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Represent Renewal by Andersen at community events, retail locations, home shows, and festivals
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, confident conversations
  • Educate customers on our products, promotions, and in-home consultation process
  • Set qualified in-home consultation appointments
  • Follow simple scripts and qualification guidelines
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
  • Accurately capture customer information using tablets or mobile systems
