Job description

The Warehouse Associate supports the daily warehouse operations within a sports and hospitality venue. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing food, beverage, and operational supplies to concession stands, kitchens, suites, and other service areas throughout the venue. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory & Product Management

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory counts.
  • Ensure proper product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
Event & Game Day Operations
  • Distribute food, beverage, and supplies to concessions, kitchens, suites, and bars throughout the venue.
  • Assist with stocking and restocking service locations before, during, and after events.
  • Support event setup and breakdown operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet operational demands during games and events.
Warehouse Organization & Safety
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow all food safety, storage, and sanitation standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts safely.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to ensure inventory needs are met.
  • Communicate any shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Support other operational areas as needed during high-volume events.
