WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


The Channel Program Manager operationalizes the core functions of Korbyt\'s Channel Sales and Marketing program โ€” driving demand generation and partner enablement across both remote and in-person channels, while delivering high-touch program management for strategic (P1 and P2) partners.


Additionally, we are looking for those who have experience supporting internal and channel sales organizations operationally and with enablement materials. Your sales experience focuses on complex solutions selling and should include experience with systems integrators, referral partners, and technology partners.


Requirements

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

Program Structure and Performance


  • Support VP, Global Partner in defining partner benefits and expectations
  • Track partner performance and manage regular partner cadences for review
  • Orchestrate partner sales and marketing campaigns with the support of those functions and available resources.
  • Internal tracking and reporting of cross-functional requirements and initiatives

Internal Operations

  • Inbound lead routing and direct-to-partner transitions
  • Salesforce data maintenance and reporting in partnership with sales and marketing operations
  • Cross-functional coordination within Korbyt

Partner Enablement

  • Build a repeatable co-marketing package for partners to sell Korbyt
  • Travel to partner local offices for lunch-and-learns, happy hours, and general enablement activities
  • Support remote enablement initiatives with key partner resources

Demand Gen & Strategic Programs

  • Support communications of sales plays for selling of Korbyt by channel partners
  • Account mapping program with data collection for BDR outreach
  • Generate and coordinate programs for demand generation, including but not limited to in-person events, webinars, email campaigns, advertising, and others.

P1 Strategic Partners โ€” High-Touch

  • Strategic plans managed with executive sponsorship
  • AE support for local visits and account mapping
  • Joint demand-gen initiatives with Marketing

P2 & P3 Partners โ€” Hybrid

  • AE support for local visits and account mapping
  • Self-service demand-gen enablement packages from Marketing

P4 & Inbound โ€” Self-Service

  • Self-service enablement packages for P4 partners
  • Manage and qualify inbound partner leads opportunistically

WHAT YOU HAVE


REQUIREMENTS  

  • Technologically adept and business acumen focused with outstanding communication both written and oral, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work individually and on a collaborative team in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment
  • Strong ability to utilize technology to accelerate taks including using Microsoft Office, Claude, and Salesforce
  • Experience selling SaaS Solutions through Channel Partners preferred
  • Knowledge of digital signage and conference room hardware is a plus
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems
  • Ability to work individually and on a collaborative team in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment
  • Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce is a plus
