US: Hiring Range in USD from: $67,900 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage detailed event workback schedules, milestones, dependencies, and readiness. 
  • Build standardized Summit templates, checklists, RACI models, operating procedures, and planning tools. 
  • Coordinate registration, attendee communications, mobile app requirements, credentialing, onsite logistics, transportation, merchandise, and customer hospitality. 
  • Manage agency and vendor workflows, purchase orders, SOWs, budgets, invoices, and procurement timelines. 
  • Coordinate compliance processes associated with customer experiences, gifts, strategic partner programs, and fulfillment. 
  • Maintain attendee, executive, speaker, and partner trackers. 
  • Support international event planning, including regional requirements and localization. 
  • Manage post-event closeout and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future programs. 
  • Establish a central source of truth for the OCI events portfolio. 

Ideal Background

5+ years in event operations, program management, marketing operations, or large-scale experiential programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in event operations, experiential marketing, marketing operations, or program management. 
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and multiple workstreams. 
  • Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, venues, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience supporting event budgets, purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and procurement processes. 
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Ability to create and maintain operational documentation, trackers, processes, and event playbooks. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in high-pressure environments. 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting large-scale global or multi-region events. 
  • Experience with event registration and attendee management platforms. 
  • Experience managing onsite event operations and logistics. 
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to customer gifts, hospitality, and event programs. 
  • Experience with international shipping, fulfillment, and merchandise programs. 
  • Experience managing event mobile apps and attendee communications.  
  • Experience developing standardized operating procedures and scalable event processes.
