Job Summary:
IDS International is at the forefront of delivering cutting‑edge training solutions for information maneuver specialists. The Operations Manager role will support the Muscatatuck Training Center Advanced Cyber Center – Testing, Training & Experimentation (MACC‑TTE) contract, overseeing operations, planning training events, and ensuring compliance with contract objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead day‑to‑day MACC‑TTE operations, maintenance, development, and customer support, ensuring continuity of operations and mission readiness.
• Plan and execute testing and training events by integrating sponsor requirements, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with contract objectives.
• Manage staffing, budgets, deliverables, and schedules; monitor performance metrics and risks; report regularly to the Program Manager and government client.
• Serve as Deputy Program Manager, acting for the PM when required and representing the program to senior DoD and National Guard stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, quality management, and compliance with DoD, NGB, and Army regulations and contract requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Ten or more years of program or operations management experience in DoD or similar large‑scale technology programs (cyber range, IT/OT, information warfare).
• Proven track record leading multi‑disciplinary teams in planning and executing complex training and test events, with expertise in integrating technical, logistical, and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules for programs exceeding $5 million.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related discipline; PMP or equivalent certification.
Preferred:
• Experience with cyber‑range operations, training support, and Joint/Interagency coordination.
• Familiarity with National Guard Bureau, Joint Staff, or Army acquisition processes.
• Ability to work across cybersecurity, networking, systems engineering, and RF teams.
• IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
