Job description

We are a high-performing Atlanta real estate team specializing primarily in luxury new construction and builder representation, seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operational execution of our business. This role is responsible for managing listing and transaction coordination, builder and client communication, marketing and vendor coordination, compliance, and overall team operations to ensure projects move efficiently from pre-marketing through closing. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of independently solving problems and keeping a fast-paced business running smoothly without constant oversight.

Compensation:

$55,000


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all listing and transaction operations from pre-marketing through closing, ensuring timelines, compliance, and deliverables are executed accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate directly with builder and developer clients to collect project information, specifications, selections, timelines, and marketing assets for new construction listings
  • Manage communication and coordination with third-party vendors, including photographers, staging companies, marketing teams, sign installers, and other service providers
  • Maintain organization of contracts, disclosures, MLS input, compliance documentation, CRM systems, and internal operational workflows in accordance with Compass requirements
  • Assist with operational and field responsibilities, including preparing homes for showings, coordinating property access, checking listing readiness, and supporting listing launches and client events
  • Research, source, and coordinate cost-effective vendors, marketing services, and acquisition initiatives, including direct mail and prospecting campaigns
  • Proactively identify problems, improve systems and workflows, and help keep the business running smoothly without requiring constant oversight or step-by-step direction

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, listing management, project management, or a similar operational role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with clients, builders, vendors, and team members
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable operating independently, taking ownership of responsibilities, and making decisions without constant direction or oversight
  • Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn and manage CRM systems, MLS platforms, transaction management software, and operational tools
  • Real estate experience and/or Georgia real estate license preferred, particularly experience working with residential listings, transactions, or new construction projects
