Job description

Go-Staff, a family owned and operated staffing agency throughout Southern California, is seeking an Operation Manager for our Anaheim Branch.

We are looking for someone to manage all activities related to the daily operations of this branch. Including, but not limited to, dispatching employees daily, recruiting new employees and scheduling these employees on various assignments located in the Orange County and Los Angeles areas. This is a working management role where you'll be working alongside the team in addition to managing & mentoring.

We are looking for someone who has strong supervisory skills, that can manage the daily activities of the office, but can also see the bigger picture. You'll be responsible for managing a busy office of dispatchers, recruiters, schedulers and sales rep and must have a very flexible schedule and be open to early morning, late nights and weekends.
