Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager to support both mobile event operations and in-store restaurant execution for a fast-paced dessert concept. This role combines event leadership, guest interaction, operational support, and team leadership in a highly active and customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving settings, enjoys community engagement, and can confidently transition between mobile event service and in-store operational support. Key Responsibilities

Mobile Event Operations

  • Load, prep, and organize the event truck before scheduled events
  • Ensure all equipment, supplies, and products are stocked and operational
  • Check vehicle readiness, including fuel, cleanliness, and equipment setup
  • Operate the service window during events, including taking orders and preparing products
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and represent the brand at community events
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
  • Fully clean and sanitize the truck, equipment, and service areas after each event

In-Store Operations Support

  • Support daily restaurant operations during non-event shifts
  • Jump into active service periods to assist during high-volume rushes
  • Help improve speed of service and operational flow
  • Support drive-thru and front counter efficiency
  • Assist with deep cleaning, stocking, and organizational tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards throughout the location
  • Cover leadership gaps and support shift management when needed

Leadership & Team Support
