We’re seeking a Community Sales & Marketing Assistant who will play a key role in helping families find the right senior living solutions while supporting the Sales Consultant and leadership team in achieving occupancy goals.

  • Support Sales Success: Partner with the Sales Consultant to engage prospects, follow up on leads, and maintain 95%+ occupancy.

  • Plan & Host Events: Coordinate engaging tours, open houses, and community events to showcase what makes us unique.

  • Build Relationships: Create lasting connections with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.

  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Guide families through the move-in and move-out process, ensuring smooth transitions and personalized support.

  • Promote the Community: Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, manage deposits and fees, and make sure our community always leaves a positive first impression.

  • Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with team members to ensure residents, prospects, and their families receive outstanding care and attention.
