Job Title: Student Worker - Baylor Athletics Event Management and Facilities

Job Description:

Position Summary: This student-worker position will support the day-to-day operations and event execution at all Baylor Athletics events and facilities, including concerts and special events. This position offers hands-on experience in event management, guest services, and athletic facility operations, while providing flexible hours to accommodate student schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

  • ssist with event set-up and break-down for Baylor Athletics events, concerts, commencements, and other special events.
  • G
  • reet and assist guests, provide directions, and ensure a positive event experience.
  • P
  • erform crowd management and ushering duties during events.
  • S
  • upport back-of-house operations including locker room setup, team support, and equipment logistics.

  • onitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.

  • perate various equipment such as radios, scoreboards, and PA systems (training provided).
