  • This role supports the client's marketing team by producing clear, benefit-driven copy across digital channels, helping drive campaign engagement within the education industry.
Job Summary
  • Write and deliver copy across multiple channels including email, web, digital flyers, webinars, and landing pages with forms
  • Develop campaign-based content where multiple pieces work together cohesively from a single campaign
  • Follow and apply established brand tone of voice and style guidelines across all deliverables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, campaign managers, and project managers throughout the content lifecycle
  • Receive and incorporate feedback constructively within project timelines managed through Workfront or a comparable project management tool
  • Support program and campaign-based projects as well as new brand guide initiatives
  • Submit all work for approval through the designated team lead and marketing stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 years of copywriting experience with a strong, demonstrable writing ability across digital formats
  • Heavy digital writing experience including emails, blog posts, web copy, and event or webinar descriptions
  • Proficiency with a project management tool such as Workfront, Basecamp, or Jira
  • Portfolio demonstrating short-form writing, multi-channel campaign work, and benefit-outcome-led copy rather than technical writing
  • Ability to write across channels including email, web, flyers, and events
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with MS Office suite, particularly Word and shared documents
  • Comfort asking questions and working in a non-siloed, collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in education, EdTech, career and trade schools, K-12, or related fields (EdTech strongly preferred)
  • Experience writing video descriptions, webinar copy, and gated landing page content.
