Job description

We are a young team of Health & Fitness industry experts. Our portfolio includes four mobile applications that have already amassed an audience of over 10 million users worldwide.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Lead Product Manager who views the world through products, possesses strong critical thinking, deep empathy for people, perfectionism, outstanding work ethic, and constructive motivation.

Our goal is to inspire people to lead a conscious and active lifestyle, helping them stay healthy and happy.

What you will do:
  • Coordination and development of product team: participation in hiring, adaptation and development of Product Managers, support of quality of product solutions and building of effective interaction inside the team.
  • Detailing of strategy into sub‑goals and determination which functions/changes will help to achieve them. Development of plan of product development, definition of KPI for each stage, subsequent correction if necessary.
  • Management of life cycle of product from hypothesis to scaling: generation of ideas based on data, design of user scenarios, formation of requirements and prioritisation of backlog.
  • Visualisation of concept (diagrams, mockups) for transfer of ideas to designers. Participation in testing, analysis of influence of features on metrics, iterative improvements, closing of hypotheses.
  • Research of users and market: analysis of needs of audience, trends of fitness and health, competitors. Turning of insights into hypotheses for growth of product.
  • Work with product metrics: tracking of Retention, DAU/MAU, conversions through dashboards of Amplitude; identification of reasons of falls/growth of metrics.
  • Integration of content into product: personalisation, recommendations in scenarios, setting of tasks for content managers based on data, testing of formats for growth of involvement and retention, management of metrics of content (views, conversions, influence on Retention).
What we expect from you:
  • Work experience as Product Manager from 5 years, including experience of management of complex B2C‑products.
  • Experience of management of team of Product Managers or experience of mentoring and leadership inside product organisation.
  • Confirmed experience of influence on key product and business metrics (Retention, Revenue, LTV, Engagement, Conversion and others).
  • Personal expertise or interest in one of spheres of healthy lifestyle (physical activity, nutrition, mental health, sleep, dietary supplements).
  • You actively use AI‑tools for solving of work tasks and increasing of efficiency of team.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics and data‑driven approach. Ability to formulate and check hypotheses, design experiments and make decisions based on data.
  • Practical experience of work with product analytical tools (Amplitude, Firebase, Google Analytics and others).
  • Strong skills of product discovery and product delivery.
  • Experience of forming of roadmap, management of priorities and making of decisions.
  • Understanding of principles of UX and experience of creation of mobile user scenarios jointly with designers.
  • Understanding of product marketing, funnels of activation, retention, monetisation and mechanisms of growth of B2C‑products.
  • Practical experience of use of product frameworks: Jobs To Be Done, Customer Journey Map, Lean Canvas and others.
  • English language from B2.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience in mobile B2C (health / fitness / wellness / edtech).
  • Experience of work with subscription model of monetisation (Subscription).
  • Presence of experience in data analytics, design or development.
