The Event Coordinator supports Senior Event Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-office programming and events. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and external vendors to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $27.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Event Managers in overseeing in-office programming across departments and ERG groups
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events of varying size and complexity
  • Coordinate event operations, including staffing, rental equipment, third-party vendors, setup, service, and breakdown of food, beverages, and event spaces
  • Manage conferencing and event logistics, including room configurations, bookings, and guest registrations through the Workplace Experience (WPX) inbox
  • Assist with coordination and execution of office tours
  • Support external vendor management, including agreements, documentation, and organization
  • Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and maintain event checklists to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist with coordinating all aspects of assigned events, including audiovisual (AV) needs, room setups, food and beverage, materials, and rentals
  • Attend daily and weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings to review updates and changes to upcoming events
  • Serve as a liaison between Workplace Experience (WPX), cafe operations, and event programming teams
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment and high level of professionalism
Qualifications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or food & beverage preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with event booking systems or coordination tools preferred

Physical Requirements
This role may involve physical activity, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, pushing, pulling, extended standing or walking, and event setup/breakdown. The position may also require the use of uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).                                 Additional Information
