Match Group New York is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Workplace Experience and Events Coordinator to lead the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of in-office events and experiences across the NYC campus. This is a full-time, in-office role, and candidates should expect to work onsite five days per week.
How you’ll make an impact:
  • Support New York employee experience perks and programs, including workplace events, wellness offerings, and brand-led events

  • Provide support for team onsite meetings, including coordination, scheduling, set up, and maintaining communications

  • Responsible for event ticketing system, providing support to different teams' happy hours, onsites, All Hands, and employee resource group-led events

  • Responsible for contractual onsite agreements between event-related vendors and Match Group (working alongside Legal partners)

  • Draft, update, and coordinate office announcements and communications, including digital communal boards

  • Provide on-site support running the day-to-day operation of our NYC campus, focused on providing best-in-class support for our employees

  • Collaborate with fellow members of the PREWF-IT (Protect, Real Estate, Workplace, Facilities, IT Infrastructure) team, aligning on workplace initiatives and processes

  • Support communications around employee experience and amenities initiatives

  • Partner with various vendors (events, snacks, catering, janitorial) to support in-person workplace services

  • Build relationships with Workplace business partners (EAs and team leaders, Legal, HR, IT, Finance, DEI), and external vendor services

  • Verify final invoice pricing and process payments promptly

  • Assist as needed with space planning tasks such as: New Hire desk set up, and onboarding and offboarding coordination
