  2. Able to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive for errands and/or transport event materials.
  4. Able to lift and move boxes of supplies and event materials.
  5. Skilled with Microsoft (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), task-oriented, detail-oriented, and very organized.
  6. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.


 

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level. Position Purpose:Responsible for coordination of various tasks for corporate employee events and community events as assigned by the manager of People Team Events. This position is responsible for managing multiple, often concurrent projects of different scopes and often for different entities and/or sites.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Assist with event-related tasks for PT events which may include event planning, project plans, event preparations, event set-up and breakdown, event errands, vendor sourcing, venue sourcing, event registration and reporting, print requests, post-event organization, volunteer management, shipping, giveaway sourcing, etc.
  2. Monitor and track costs to assure budgets are maintained, process invoices, create purchase requisitions, compile budget recaps, and make budget recommendations.
  3. Distribute and monitor internal and external correspondence, communication, reporting, and registrations relative to meeting/event logistics.
  4. Gather feedback on event success, customer perceptions, and satisfaction levels upon the completion of an event.
  5. Promote and maintain a positive rapport with Gulfstream employees and vendors to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction during events.
  6. Serve as support for a variety of core employee communications and events department functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
