Resource & Referral Site Associate

Reports to: Resource & Referral Assistant Director

The Resource & Referral Associate will assist the Resource & Referral Site Supervisor with the operations of the resource and referral site and provide direct services to the public

MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in elementary education or three years experiences in a similar field of environment.
  • Two years or more residence in the service area to be served preferred and must have a working knowledge of community resources
  • Must havea valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and must provide personal vehicle to travel (if applicable to position.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist the Resource & Referral site supervisor with the development, promotion and hosting of community events, training programs and workshops
  • Provide support and a positive working relationship with DHA staff and partners.
  • Communication with supervisors and staff to keep apprised of issues and status of assignments.
