The Events Associate will support the planning and execution of Cadent's robust event marketing strategy across industry conferences, client experiences, and proprietary events. This role works closely with marketing, communications, sales, and leadership teams to ensure events drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and meaningful client engagement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting all aspects of event execution, from logistics and vendor coordination to attendee experience and post-event reporting.
Responsibilities
Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including industry conferences, hosted events, executive dinners, and client experiences.
Vendor Management: Liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors to ensure all logistical aspects of events are handled smoothly.
Promotional materials: Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling event-related marketing collateral, such as invitations, landing pages, and social media content.
