JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils andpots
  • Maintains dish room and dishmachine
  • Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots andpans
  • Removes allgarbage
  • Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of theshift
  • Keep dish and other storage areas clean andorganized
  • Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant asrequested
