Job Summary
Conferences & Events is seeking a dependable and organized Federal Work Study Student. This position supports the staff of Robert F. Hatcher Sr. Conference Center in the daily operations and of the Conference Center and community events for all MGA campuses.
Responsibilities
  • Help with daily operations of running the office (answering phones, assisting student and visitor inquiries).
  • Business casual dress required.
  • Maintain all work areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Must be customer service focused.
  • Assists with setup for technology and tech support for events.
  • Assist with the set up of tables and chairs for events.
  • Must be flexible to work after-hours events, weekend events, and VIP events.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum GPA of 2.0.
  • Be enrolled student at Middle Georgia State University for at least 6 credit hours
  • Students must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.
