Job description

POSITON SUMMARY:

The Meetings & Events Assistant works under the direction of the Director, Meetings & Events and in collaboration with the Meetings & Events team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of AOTA conferences, meetings, webinars, and educational programs, including INSPIRE (Annual Conference & Expo), Education Summit, Specialty Conferences, and virtual events.

This position provides administrative, operational, and program support for speaker management, registration, event technology, customer service, volunteer coordination, and conference logistics. The Meetings & Events Assistant collaborates with internal departments, volunteers, vendors, speakers, members, and other stakeholders to help ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational programs and event experiences.
