System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Event Field Marketing Associate to support our Marketing and Sales teams in planning, executing, and analyzing events. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will attend home shows, fairs, and outdoor living events to represent our brand, build rapport with homeowners, and ensure seamless event execution. Key responsibilities include maintaining event materials, ensuring proper setups, utilizing company technology for lead tracking, qualifying leads and appointments, and conducting post-event performance analysis.

This role requires a personable and professional individual with a passion for outdoor living, excellent time management skills, and the ability to follow established processes while maintaining flexibility for weekend and special event work.

Base hourly pay is $25/hour and candidates must be able to work weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
  • Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners and represent the brand
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
  • Ensure teams have all necessary materials, including booth displays and handouts.
  • Ensure proper event setups.
  • Conduct post-event analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners.
  • Utilize company technology (tablets and software) efficiently to track leads and performance.
  • Appropriately qualify leads and appointments.
  • Adhere to and enforce company processes and procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism at all events.
