Are you a person who is customer focused, hardworking, a team player, and dependable? If you answered Yes, then we want you!
Join the Events Team at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, that helps serve the hotel and MSU Athletic Venues, including Breslin Center and Munn Ice Arena, for all types of events!
  • This position does not have a set schedule, and times vary depending on the needs of the company
  • Provides exceptional customer service by Delivering Outstanding Spartan Experience (DOSE)
  • Prepare room for events: set tablecloths, dishes, glassware, silverware as directed
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning and breaking down room at the completion of an event
  • Serve guests food and drinks including plated, buffet, etc. during event as required
  • Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests
  • Ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow directions as detailed from Event Lead, Event Captain or Event Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Be able to work 15-20 hours per week
  • Be able to work morning, lunch, and evening shifts
  • Be able to work weekends
  • Punctuality, positive attitude, and attention to detail and provide great customer service
  • Work with a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work flexible hours and shifts
