MAV Event Services, the premiere event services company in the region, is seeking passionate, experienced, and seasoned professionals to join our event services team. As a MAV Event Services team member, you will serve as event security specialists, access control specialists, alcohol enforcement specialists, traffic/parking specialists, and guest services ambassadors for our clients. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring general public safety and report any suspicious happenings and/or negative behavior to MAV supervisory staff.


MAV Event Services deploys staff and teams to concerts, sporting events, conventions, fairs, community events, private events, construction site asset protection, overnight security, traffic and parking details, and much more.


MAV Event Services team members must meet the following general qualifications:

  • Previous event security and guest service experience a plus
  • Willingness to work ALL Parking Details as needed/required. Parking solutions are the foundation to our business.
  • Exceptional customer service, brand ambassador skills, and attention to detail
  • Dedication to honor, integrity, and safety. A commitment to the team and their word.

General position specifics:

  • $15 per hour and up to start DOE, paid bi-weekly (Fridays) via DIRECT DEPOSIT ONLY
  • Hours/Days/Shifts vary and are very flexible
  • Company Match Simple IRA Investment plan
  • Regular Raises for every 100 hours worked up to $20 per hour. 75% of our staff are at $20 or more!
  • Annual Incentive paid (must work minimum 300 hours 1/1/26-12/5/26 to be eligible)
  • We work 365 days a year 24/7. Yes, that means recognized holidays as well. We have a variety of shifts daily and weekly.
  • Must wear ALL BLACK (shoes, socks, pants/shorts, undershirt). MAV will supply event shirts, coats, or vests for each detail. Professional attire ONLY.
  • MUST honor the commitment to work, to the team, and to the organization.
  • MUST pass thorough background check and have NO FELONIES.
  • Employees agree to submit to random drug testing upon suspicion or erratic behavior. Specific details/client may require drug testing as a requirement of working a specific detail.
  • Position is located in Boise, Idaho and will support surrounding areas.
