This contractor role will assist the Global Events team to deliver event and team operations. This role may be extended for an additional 6 months (or more) if job performance meets/exceeds expectations. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks): 25-50% of time - Support registration team for Customer and Employee signature events which could include: Daily data auditing Customer service communications (e.g., emails, phones) 50% of time Team Support Support Global Events team leadership with administrative tasks Global Events office operations Team Engagement support

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications): Minimum 2 years related work experience with attention to detail and deadlines and high business acumen needed as communications interface with high value customers This individual is a strong communicator who is detail oriented, proactive, highly organized and excels in fast-paced environments with changing deadlines and priorities. This position will be based in Atlanta and may require travel (up to 25%) throughout the assignment. Demonstrates ability to address complex issues in a clear, thoughtful manner and comes to a resolution quickly without jeopardizing the event Works collaboratively as a consensus builder in a complex environment Demonstrates ability to interact and work with all levels of the organization and across functions Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex projects to completion Proficiency on use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etcdesign programs a plus Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex event technology platforms Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, communications, or 2+ years of relevant corporate work experience preferred.
