Job description

Job Summary

Code-4 Security is hiring part-time, Event Staff to provide a visible and professional presence, at concerts, festivals, private events, venues, and special functions.

General Accountabilities

What you’ll do

Conduct foot patrols inside and outside event spaces
Control access, check credentials, and monitor guest flow
Watch for safety issues and report them promptly
Interact professionally with guests, vendors, and venue staff
Support crowd management and emergency procedures as directed
Follow post orders, radio protocol, and company uniform standards

Most of all, be courteous and professional at all times.

Job Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Reliable, professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • TXDPS licensing preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Prior security, military, law enforcement, or event experience is a plus
