Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Create and manage content for social media, the agency website, email marketing, and digital communications.

Capture photos and videos of agency events, team activities, and community involvement for promotional use.

Coordinate community events, sponsorships, networking opportunities, and charitable initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and local businesses.

Assist producers with marketing materials, presentations, promotional campaigns, and client communications.

Manage the agency's online reputation by encouraging and responding to client reviews.

Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain consistent branding and messaging.

Track marketing performance and provide reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics.

Coordinate promotional items, signage, advertising, and branded merchandise.

Assist with recruiting efforts by promoting the agency's culture and career opportunities.

Stay informed on marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, or event planning preferred.

Experience with photography, videography, or graphic design is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software preferred.
