Job Summary
  • Works closely with property owners after traumatic events to serve as a guide throughout the insurance claims process by creating a thorough construction scope and advocating on the customers behalf with their insurance provider.
 
General Accountabilities
  • Travels to job sites to gather information to create a detailed, thorough construction scope of work.
  • Expert guide throughout the insurance claims process.
  • Advocates on customer's behalf with the insurance provider.
  • Build relationships with adjusters and insurance carriers.
 
Job Qualifications
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a cost estimator
  • proficiency in Symbility and Xactimate estimating software.
  • Maintains a valid and current Ga driver’s license.
  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Experience dealing with third party contractor administration programs and various insurance carriers.
  • Ability to access roofs and complete thorough inspection of damages.
  • Ability to use various claims management platforms.
