Job description
Service Producer
Location: Central Office
Reports to: Associate Creative Director
Summary of Role
The Service Producer serves as the "show caller" for Celebration services and churchwide events, ensuring every moment is executed with clarity, excellence, and alignment to the vision.
Position Status & Schedule
- Non-exempt, Hourly
- Full-time (40 hours)
- Sunday through Thursday: hours vary per week dependent on events scheduled; will include weekends and evenings
- Christmas, Easter, Pursuit Weeks, and Dream Team Appreciation service dates and times are blackout days for time off. Tier 1 Conferences are also required workdays. Other events will be required outside of your regular schedule; you will be informed in advance of these requirements.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Leadership
- Partner closely with Worship, Communications, and Production teams across campuses to execute the service and event vision.
- Actively participate in weekly service planning, programming meetings, and creative sessions to shape and refine service flow.
- Lead the full Pre-Production process-including meetings, preparation, and communication-to ensure teams are aligned and equipped.
- Facilitate cross-functional debriefs after services and events to capture wins, address challenges, and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate all media checks with Communications and Production to ensure accurate and timely delivery of service assets to each campus.
- Support Accelerate programming and provide training for assigned teams
- Provide oversight, guidance, and support to location leads
- Speak at or support central Creative gatherings (e.g. Team Nights, Masterclasses) as assigned.
- Contributes to the overall success of Celebration Church by performing all other duties as assigned
Service Execution (Georgetown Location)
- Lead Pre-Service huddles, briefings, and post-service debriefs for all Georgetown Creative teams.
- Manage distribution of message notes and ensure accuracy of all service details.
- Lead and oversee the 5-Star Team (staff and Dream Team) for Georgetown services, conferences, and on-site events.
- Schedule and manage platform speakers, producers, floor managers, and stage managers for assigned services and events.
- Recruit, train, and develop a Dream Team of Producers, Stage Managers, and Floor Managers
Creative Support
- Support production elements, setup, and execution for services and events.
- Contribute to strategic and creative planning for services, department initiatives, and special events.
- Source props, set pieces, and creative elements needed for services and events.
Administrative & Financial
- Build and distribute service and event runsheets to all locations.
- Monitor real-time changes to programming, communicating to teams to ensure worship and production teams remain aligned.
- Create service documentation, including manuals, one-pagers, and processes.
- Coordinate rehearsals and on-site set ups.
- Manage workflows within work management systems (Monday.com)
- Work with Production Teams at locations to ensure rostering of 5 Star Teams.
- Provide administrative and project support for creative initiatives as assigned.
- Follow purchasing procedures for ordering, approval, and payment of service- and event-related items.
- Submit expenses and maintain accurate, up-to-date expense reports.

Education & Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in the production ministry of a multimedia driven church organization
- Minimum of one year of experience in training systems and recruiting
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office and Church facility.
- Must be able to position self to maintain supplies and equipment on lower shelves and in closets.
- Frequently move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Constantly work in open office environment
- Ability to work outside in various climates and temperatures
