Overview of Responsibilities
  • Proactively engaging customers while sampling products
  • Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided
  • Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product
  • Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products
  • Coordinating all event activities, including:
    • Event setup and takedown
    • Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings
    • Managing sample supply and sample product inventory
    • Preparing event recaps via SharePoint
  • Maintaining program specific equipment
  • Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
  • Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base

Pay RangeThe pay range for this position is $18.80 - $26.30 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant. Benefits
