Riverhouse Lodge is looking for a Weddings & Event Services Manager who loves weddings, event planning, and building relationships.
This isn't your typical wedding venue position.
You'll own the entire wedding experience-from the first inquiry and venue tour through contracting, tastings, planning meetings, and final event details. Once the wedding begins, our experienced Banquet team takes over event execution, allowing you to focus on what you do best: creating exceptional client experiences before the big day.
In addition to weddings, you'll serve as the Event Services Manager for catering-only events already booked by our Sales team, ensuring every detail is planned and communicated for flawless execution.
What You'll Do
  • Sell and coordinate weddings from inquiry through final event detailing.
  • Conduct venue tours and build lasting relationships with couples.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, event diagrams, and timelines.
  • Coordinate wedding tastings and planning meetings.
  • Partner with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure every detail is ready for execution.
  • Detail catering-only events, including corporate dinners, celebrations, holiday parties, and social events.
