As a On Call Security Guard, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

The Special Response Officer position requires a mostly open schedule, and picks up various shifts based on vacations, leave of absences, or call-offs. 

  • SRO's will be assigned multiple sites.

  • Must be willing to drive up to 25-30 miles to any given job site 

  • Overtime is available and optional 

  • Shifts of 8 - 12 hours 

  • Must be able to accept last-minute assignments due to call-offs or No Call No Shows 

  • Must feel comfortable using different levels of technology; willingness to learn proprietary applications as needed 

  • Must be able to comprehend and recall post expectations for each location 

  • Ability to create accurate activity and incident reports as needed 

  • Ability to observe, survey, report and respond to critical situations while on any given property 

  • Ability to multi-task a must as some job sites are very busy while others are slower paced 

  • Ability to meet all physical demands of each site which may include long periods of sitting, standing and walking 
    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prioritize providing excellent customer service to our clients, their staff, and visitors. 

  • Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location. 

  • Provide rapid response in critical situations. 

  • Read and write detailed reports in the third person. 

  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required. 
    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving history.
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older 
  • Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is preferred 
  • Ability to undergo and successfully complete an extensive pre-employment screening process. 
  • You have a state license if required.
