Job description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects involving sales events, marketing campaigns, branding/design, sales ambassador programs, product development, communications, and promotions. Serve as a representative for the brand, selling products to the public at events, pop-up shops, and other sales channels. Assist with the creation of content for email campaigns, social media, official websites, and other external channels.

Develop unique strategic methods of marketing to achieve organizational goals. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Other duties as assigned.

SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Current UTC students preferred, Minimum GPA of 2.75. Open to all majors; Marketing, entrepreneurship, and communication students preferred. Interest in fashion/retail preferred

Comfortable in sales and customer service environments, experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Comfortable with various web applications (Google Calendar, online forms, etc.)

Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform Internet research. Self-motivated/Ability to work independently and remotely.

Ability to collaborate with a team in a casual working environment. Must have access to an internet-connected computer. Good attitude and a sense of humor are a strong requirement.

Must be available to work appx. 10 hours per week independently, including a weekly staff meeting in-person.
