Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships within the crane, rigging, heavy haul, and barge transport industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of our target markets.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the crane, rigging, specialized transport, and barge transport industries through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at target accounts.

- Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients in various sectors and tailor solutions to meet their individual requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and project management, to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1-3 years of experience in crane, rigging, heavy haul, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of the crane, rigging, specialized transport, and barge transport industries, including knowledge of equipment, regulations, and market trends.
